SMART WORKING AND FLEXIBILITY
Full smart working in July, August, and during the winter holiday period. Flexible working hours, light Fridays, and up to three days of smart working per week.
We never put people in the position of having to choose between their personal life and their work life — for us, the only driver is talent.

For this reason, our people can work remotely for up to 60 days from another European country.
This initiative is designed for those who, for personal or family reasons, need to spend time abroad or wish to experience life in another country without putting their work on hold.
